About Kuda Lari Yoga
A haven of peace and tranquillity
We strive to help others achieve peace and wellness throughout their lives through the practice of yoga and pilates. We welcome students of all experience levels with several classes available throughout the week. Soon to be set in the tranquility of Noordhoek, Kuda Lari Yoga provides a refuge from the stresses of everyday life, providing a space to breathe and move mindfully, relax and restore.


Kuda Lari Yoga is owned and operated by Sarah-Jane Wagg. Sarah-Jane comes to Noordhoek from the seaside village of Kenton-on-Sea, being originally from the hustle and bustle of Sandton, Gauteng. A retired investment banker, Sarah-Jane has decades of experience integrating yoga practice into a high stress lifestyle, allowing the benefits of yoga to improve all aspects of her life.
Sarah-Jane has always found peace and relaxation in her daily practice of yoga, and she is passionate about helping others achieve the same benefits.
Since retiring, Sarah-Jane has gone on to complete a yoga qualification through Yoga Koh, an affiliate of Yoga Alliance, a globally recognised certification body, as well as obtaining her first aid qualification.

Your Yoga Teacher

Sarah-Jane brings a deep understanding of mindful movement and breathwork to her teaching. As the first instructor at Kenton Yoga, now re-branded to Kuda Lari Yoga she has nurtured a diverse studio offering classes for all strengths and experience levels. She teaches Vinyasa Flow and Dynamic Stretch Classes, emphasising breath-synchronised movement to build strength, balance, and awareness. Sarah-Jane believes in intention-focused yoga, helping students cultivate mindfulness and purpose both on and off the mat. Above all, SJ believes yoga should be fun and works to create an environment where her students feel relaxed and supported.

Kuda Lari Yoga is affiliated with Kuda Lari Wellness. Kuda Lari Wellness specialises in Equestrian Yoga, yoga courses designed specifically for horse riders. The experiential workshop offers open discussion, theory, and practical classes to help you get to know your own body. On our courses you will learn how your fitness level and sense of proprioception (body awareness) affects your ability to relax mentally and perform physically. You will learn how this impacts your riding performance and will allow you to work in harmony with your equine partner.
